I stayed at this hotel and really liked that it’s close enough to the airport. The area around the hotel is nice and safe — perfect for a morning walk or jog. The room was clean and really comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. It’s also just a short walk to Makro supermarket and Plenilunio mall, which was super convenient. If I had one suggestion, it would be to have a bit more variety at breakfast.
Worst hotel I’ve stayed in Madrid by far. We were here because our flight got delayed and the airline booked us a night and it was the worst service possible. The shuttle took for ever to pick us up, even after we called. We had dinner and breakfast included but the hotel said the restaurant was already closed so they gave us some rubbish sandwiches and the breakfast only opens at 7am, we had to leave before that and the hotel said they cannot do nothing about it. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!
Horrible experience Im a very honest person and im still shocked from what happened The hotel Staff gave access to a random group for the exact same already booked room and this group of people woke me up and came into the room at 2am !!! I called front desk and at 2am they did nothing to ensure my safety. At 10am the manager took off 10% for the trouble they caused me. They dont realize that they put a paying customers life at risk. 10% is ridiculous It could have been a drunk person at 2am with my door key access and yet they would have only given a 10% discount. Rubbish , disrespectful inconsiderate horrible horrible experience. For safety of your kids/ family , belongings do not stay there as they are very disorganized and if i wasn’t in the room they could have stolen my belongings I will never stay there again
