Axyhotels Innstyle Milano

This was out first hotel experience in Italy and it set the bar so high. The rooms were beautiful, the location convenient, but what stood out the most was the quality of service and attention to detail. Marvin at the front desk was amazing. The other staff were always offering to get us coffee, drinks, snacks, and take away our dishes the second we were done with them. The terrace was peaceful. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious; my heart (my stomach, too) has a tender spot for the pistachio cake. There were free snacks, meals, drinks and buffets at all times of the day. My only disappointment is not staying longer. 10/10 will stay again.

The hotel seems very new so everything was in good condition. The room was fine. The thing that sets the hotel apart is the staff and service. Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful. It made our first stay away with our baby so much less stressful than it could’ve been. The free snacks are also a great touch!

Wonderful experience staying at AXYHOTELS in Milan. Can’t say enough about the hotel staff and how helpful they were. Special thanks to Marvin and Parvesh for all the guidance and assistance. All the staff was super and treated us way beyond our expectations. Room was very comfortable and clean. We were very pleased with the complimentary water, wine, PM buffet, and desserts. Staff overseeing the breakfast and buffet were just so polite and so helpful. Thanks to all for a great stay.
