AYANA Komodo Waecicu Beach

Our holiday was beyond expectations and a perfect holiday. The hotel is superb. It is well appointed, with friendly and helpful staff. Location is great, being not far from airport and town, but a nice distance away to feel quiet. Lots to do. Easy taxi ride to town. The breakfast was next level! We loved swimming off the end of the jetty. Rooms are beautiful and a good size (we were in deluxe ocean room) We loved it and hope to stay again!

I’m so happy to be back at Ayana Resort! 💕 The staff are super friendly, very responsive, and always make the whole experience feel special — thank you for that. Just one small suggestion to make things even better: during the boat ride to the private island, it would be nice if the resort could remind all guests to stay quiet and respectful. A few times I noticed groups (especially tourists from C*i*A ) being quite loud, with kids shouting, which kind of took away from the calm, exclusive vibe that makes Ayana so special. Maybe Ayana could prepare simple Terms & Conditions in 3 languages (English, Indonesian, Mandarin) for guests to sign before boarding. Things like: • Keep it quiet on the boat and at the water sport counter • No shouting or loud conversations • Parents make sure kids stay calm • Respect the other guests around you That way, everyone understands the importance of keeping it serene, and the staff can also politely remind guests if needed. Overall though, I’m really happy to be back and I’ll definitely come again. Just hope Ayana keeps the atmosphere as calm and exclusive as it should be for a 5-star resort 🌿✨

The Ayana Hotel hit our expectations and beyond! Could not recommend this hotel more. Even with a small incident occurring, Silvester at reception, dealt with it and was courteous, professional and went above and beyond to make us feel special again for our honeymoon stay, exceptional service. Only warning I will give is that if you want a proper Sea View Room make sure to book a Deluxe Ocean View Room as they are floor 6-9. All rooms are top tier but if you want that view don’t go with the normal Ocean View Room as that’s floor 2-5 (not the hotels fault at all by the way more on our agent). 2 pools, 3 restaurants, pier with turquoise waters and marine life everywhere. Couples massage also phenomenal. Some of the most spectacular views! Staff are all well trained and are interested in your stay/holiday.
