Ayana Midplaza Jakarta

I absolutely LOVE this hotel, so much more than I thought I would. The staff here are all outstanding. The property is drenched in beauty with the best sunsets. Take the tour to the temple, have a massage, go to Scusa for the best flambé steak of your life. We had five star treatment from this hotel - they even found my kids lost sunglasses and personally delivered them back to our room. Just incredible. Thank you all. Big shout out to ‘Risky’ in the Rimba gym who gave me great 1:1 support too. Sorry I didn’t get to say bye.

Lobby toilet needs more attention and cleanliness. 3 of the toilet chambers wasn't being flushed and no cleaning services available. As a guest coming, it was a bad first day. The time consumed to prepare for the next check-ins is also too long. I arrived at 1pm but neded to wait until 2:30pm to get into room. Great things are the family mart at lower ground and room ambience is fantastic!

Stayed here for one night with my daughter. The room was clean, staff was very kind and give nice service and hospitality. The bed is so soft and comfortable and to be honest I want to know what kind of bed this hotel is using (tell me please). The breakfast was good and we got to use the swimming pool too. I am hoping Ayana have more hotels accross Indonesia or maybe globally too.
