Ayara Kamala Resort & Spa SHA Extra Plus

What an amazing trip we had at Ayara Kamala Spa & Resort. The ambiance sets the tone for you to relax and unwind. The food was visually beautiful and yummy. The staff was fantastic. They were so friendly, kind and helpful. If there is anything that you need, the staff will do their best to meet your needs. The resort sits on a mountain and the view is spectacular. You will get your steps in. The Thai spa was invigorating. You can take a cab ride to downtown Phuket. There are shopping opportunities and delicious food to eat. When you explore the resort, there is an elevator that takes you down to the beach at the resort. Once you get off the elevator you taking a long staircase to the beach area. It’s not necessarily for swimming, but it’s a quiet area to be still. This resort and spa is for relaxing. If you want to chill, take in the sunset and relax by the pool without the crowd, this is the location for you. Calm and relaxing!

This resort was awesome. It was under construction while we were there; however, that did not affect the service that was provided. This resort is a mountain side resort. There are a lot of inclines and stairs, so it may be challenging for a person with mobility issues. They have a shuttle that will pick you up from your room and take you to the front lobby and other areas on the resort. The food served at the restaurant was delicious. The spa was awesome. I got a great Thai oil massage. Hands down a great place to stay here in Phuket.

The hotel is wonderful. The staff was very kind, and the room was very comfortable. We also received a free one-hour massage, and Aom did a great job relieving my pains. They upgraded our room for free, so we had a much larger room with an ocean view. We also appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks (including alcohol) left in the room daily. Location is little bit far however they have free shuttles from hotel to Kamala beach.
