I loved it nice location and quiet place and nearby all cool areas in SultanAhmed. Love how they give me the privilege to enter the building with a digital key passcode, it’s important for safety also I love the design for the room and large of its price. Only day time peeper it hair the train coming every 30 mints or so, but it wasn’t loud, in fact it was cool to look at it every time it passes for the balcony.

Great location, poor conditions, terrible staff The most serious problem was that the owner, who never appeared in person ONLY ACCEPTS CASH and this was not written in the booking confirmation. We told from the first day that we are open to pay any time by card or transfer event with SEPA that arrives on the same day, but Aycan did not accept this. She even threatened us to call the police as we do not want to pay for our stay. It was very difficult for us to get 450+ Euro in cash in a foreign country. It took us quite some time and energy to manage this as we give us negotiating at one point. This was our only bad experience during our entire stay We never had a similar experience and were treated like this. The “broken” card reader is in the cupboard and it seems to be “broken” for quite a while based on the comments. Also, it was told that the property and/or the owner has no bank account at all. After a lot of struggles on the phone, we managed to get an invoice of the payment as well but the first version of this was a handwritten piece of paper with a sign of the cleaning lady who took the 17 thousand TL cash. We were located on the top floor and the apartment needs some renovation as the conditions look far better on than pictures than live. The facilities are very poor in the flat. There was no cleaning in the room at all, only on the 3rd day when we were complaining about it, during the payment struggle.

Bed bug We had bed bugs in our room. We are covered by red pimples on our body. We are asking for a refund but got no reply from the hotel. To reply to your message: you did not even reply to my messages on booking, that’s why we had no other choice than post a review. In the other rooms the bed was still dirty, lots of hair on the mattress sheets and towels too…You did not even properly apologize for the inconvenience. We got a severe reaction to the bed bug bites, it is normal that we get a refund, we are still suffering from the bed bugs bites (check last photo I sent). We had to waste an entire day for you to wash our clothes and yet it was all wet so we had to dry it with a hairdryer to be able to out to finally eat (at 5pm of the day). You have really terrible commercial skill here. We also had too waste an entire morning to wait for to come get our cash payment. I am convinced my next travel cannot be worst than this experience.
