Not much to complain about. Nice room and hotel overall. We enjoyed the food, and the beach had enough equipment, with a clean and warm sea. Maybe the small stones on the shore are not for everyone. What I would suggest is better educating some guests that swimsuits are not appropriate clothing for either lunch or dinner. Guests should also be reminded not to waste food.

If you want a totally laid-back , all-inclusive experience and aren't really too concerned about leaving the complex then this is an ideal place to stay. We spent a week here. The food was good and there was plenty of selection, the room service was excellent ( done every day ) and it has a private beach area plus a couple of water slides by the pool. All bar staff were brilliant! It didn't have many British people staying but it wasn't an issue. Evening entertainment was very good. A very pleasant stay but slightly off the beaten track so if you don't intended to wander too far it's fine.

Okay straight to the point? Not the best hotel,not to mention this was supposed to be a 5 star,it dosent feel like that at all,3.5 stars max. -The club for kids,entertaining, and the disco at 20:30 for em its very nice -The bar from the pool,friendly staff and very good drinks -The rooms they weren't great but at the same time they weren't complete garbage. It's 50/50 -THE WIFI is horrible,the signal even worse,if you try to watching a video of let's say 30 sec s? You are gonna have to wait at least 10 minutes. -The food,is acceptable,but most times you end up with food that you thought it s gonna be good but then ended up with something that you regret -The live music just no. I'm sorry but it was horrible, the music is too loud,to the point you re ears just hurt very badly and you wake up not hearing the next day The singers not prepared enough,they dont know the lyrics and are out of sync. -The staff?? Again 50/50 there because some of them are nice and friendly and they try to to talk to you besides the language barrier but then comes the other side where the staff just ignores you,looks at you like you just told them something disgusting And dont even try to listen to you. The language part i get it sort of not everyone knows perfect English and I'm not expecting that but it comes to a point that you can't talk to the staff at all The only words they know as i tried talking to them most times are "yes,ok and no" All and all the hotel is acceptable but won't come here again
