From the beginning, I was warmly welcomed by Sir Hazem and Ms. Cristina when I visited to check the location. They were very accommodating, explained all the details clearly, and provided the menu options to choose from. Their professionalism and warmth made us feel confident and comfortable. Sir Hazem, truly attentive. Even outside working hours, he responded when I called about a payment issue raised by the front desk, despite having already paid. He resolved it quickly and ensured that everything went smoothly on the event day. He was hands-on, present, and very helpful—even assisting other staff to make sure all our needs were met. Ms. Cristina followed up to check on us after hearing about our earlier concern, and Ms. Zhepora continued to assist us attentively. We are truly grateful for their support and kind hearts. To the catering team and staff who served during the event—thank you for your warmth, smiles, and attentiveness to our guests. Special thanks to the chef for the delicious food, to Omar (Umar) from the service team for his excellent service, and to Ms. Rose from the front desk for her professionalism. The gym was well-equipped, offering everything needed for a complete workout. The pool area was a highlight of our stay – spacious and not crowded, it was the perfect spot to relax.
