Reservation made on agoda. Contrary to what is said on their site = no transfer (organised by the Hotel) from airport. As said on agoda's site, and before giving you your key, the hotel will charge you a (refundable) deposit of 3.000 tbh - but only in cash - which again is not mentionned on the site. If you want to take a breakfast, don't take it there. Again, they charge you (in cash) 250 tbh/person (non refundable - I think that they know that the quality isn't even the one of a 2* hotel) before the breakfast. Some people at the loby are as sympathic as prisons doors but the cleaning room personnal is very kind. This beeing said, the hotel is very nice and well situated. So it's quite OK but I would personaly rate it between 1500 and 2000 tbh/room/night and not give more for it.
Avoid This Hotel – Terrible Experience Across the Board! I rarely leave negative reviews, but my stay here was so disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others. My experience was unpleasant in multiple aspects, making it one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. Just be careful what your agent says they just care about their profit only. I’m surprised this is listed as a five-star hotel. 🤔 1. Check-in & Service – No bell boy and lift just doesn’t work. if you get the room on second floor. God bless you with strength No warm welcome, no courtesy—just a frustrating start. 2. Location: quite good for zombies. 3. Housekeeping – whatever you need or require just walk to reception every time 4. Food & Dining (they serve only breakfast)– Disappointing Quality and Service The in-house restaurant was equally unimpressive. The food quality was below average, served cold, and just awful Final Verdict: Not Worth the Money! For the price I paid, I expected at least basic hospitality, but they failed in every aspect. There are far better options out there—save yourself the frustration and book elsewhere. Rating: ⭐ 1/5 I hope this review helps fellow travelers make a better choice. If the hotel management is reading this, I sincerely hope they take feedback seriously and improve their services.
Disappointing Stay – Poor Hygiene, Service, and Facilities I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Despite paying €150 per night for a family room, the overall quality of service, cleanliness, and amenities was extremely disappointing. Cleanliness & Hygiene: The room was infested with cockroaches and mosquitoes, making it uncomfortable and unhygienic. The bathroom had a leaking shower, and the hotel only provided two towels despite us booking a family room for four people. The swimming pool was in poor condition, filled with algae and emitting a bad odor. The breakfast was subpar, with dirty, unwashed plates and glasses, which was highly unsanitary. Service & Staff Behavior: There was no lift, so we had to carry our own luggage up the stairs. Additionally, there was no bellboy or staff available to assist with luggage. The reception staff, particularly the female employees, were extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of assisting guests, they were confrontational and even yelled at us. Overall Experience: The hotel gave the impression of poor maintenance and lack of management oversight. The entire property appeared unclean, making it far from a comfortable or welcoming environment. Given the high price and the low level of service and hygiene, I strongly advise against staying here. Final Rating: 1/5 – I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay.
