Really lovely set of apartments. We checked in at 8pm and it was really easy, they just gave us a code for the doors. The receptionist was lovely and really helpful whenever we asked her a question and she stored our luggage on our last day after we checked out. The room was really clean and the location is perfect 😁
I booked this hotel because of the location. It is in a safe, upscale, and central neighborhood. It is walking distance from several nice restaurants too. The hotel itself, however, needs improvement. The furniture needs to be replaced with newer items. It may be good for the hotel to be renovated in general. The breakfast is also brought to your room and is simple. But if you want great location and don't want to splurge on a 5* hotel, this is a good option.
Location is awesome - bang opposite the Recoleta cemetery and the around the corner from Recoleta Urban Mall, which is thriving with pubs, restaurants, and shops. The hotel is apartment style - very basic amenities and services. The staff is courteous and helpful [special mention to Nazareno].
