The entire experience was absolutely amazing. We got all the peace and rest we needed. The tranquillity of the resort is mesmerizing. The food was incredible, very healthy and a lot of options. Service is on point. Looking forward to visiting again.

4 stars = very good. An all round great resort for quality relaxation. I’m a returning visitor, and recommend this place to all my friends. The food is excellent. The staff is very kind and helpful. The whole place is very friendly, pleasant and welcoming.

I chose this place because of the raving reviews. Unfortunately the place is not as amazing as some people think it to be. We did their Panchakarma treatment. Here are all the pros and cons: Pros: - They have quite a few different kinds of saunas - They have a thermal spa - but they turn off the hydrotherapy - it only comes on for a short time - Their massage therapists are good - They have a lot of different massages - Their food is well presented - The rooms are large and clean (we booked their suite) - The beds are comfortable but they give you two separate quilts - Service is good at the restaurants and Spa - Pretty place with many Buddhas and crystals - The incense they burn every day smells nice Cons: - The Ayurvedic doctors are not that knowledgeable. We have seen many Ayurvedic doctors in the past - and these doctors on site were no way as well-versed as the ones we have seen before. - The resort is very small and after day 4 - you get bored with nothing to do. The walking paths around the resort are not very interesting either. - Everything is in German - they have very limited material in English - Yoga and meditation in German - so English speakers tough luck! - Yoga was too difficult - beginners could not keep up - they should not have it that intermediate - she was encouraging elderly people to stand on their heads! What if they injured themselves! - The food is very limited (understandable that we were doing the panchakarma) - then why is the cost so high - they should charge less for panchakarma since food is so limited - The hydrotherapy jets only come on for a short time - and are not running all the time - there is no switch to turn them on - As much as the massages were great - after day 3 - honestly I was massaged out! - The rooms lack any kind of view - you basically face a parking lot and another resort. The balcony is a joke - it is so tiny! - Some suites have a shower and some suites have a tub - weird. - If you decide to cut short your trip - they don't give you back all your money - they charge you for the room until the end of your stay - even if you leave early! I had to cut short my visit for medical reasons and they wouldn't work with me. I ended up losing $2000. - the Ayurvedic tea that they brew in the spa area - smelled so strong that it gave me a headache and made me gag every time I passed that area. All in all I would not recommend this place. I wouldn't go back.
