A truly excellent restaurant in a unique location. Even though the chef doesn't speak English, communication was easy with the help of pictures on the menu and a few gestures. I was served a delicious and generous meal and had a wonderful time here. The prices are absolutely reasonable – I paid around 1000 Lira for a high-quality meat dish, several starters, a drink, and a coffee.
While on a cycling tour i stayed the night in this old style hotel and had a lovely day and night. The hosts friendly and spoke English (and German) which helped me with my limited Turkish. Room large, very clean (even a tape over the toilet to show it had been cleaned before i arrived), loads of hot water for showers. Bed was comfortable and sleep well. Great views from the bar and terrace area and the local village gives a very interesting with the historic buildings (some renovated but lots in ruins). Warning: if cycling like me , the road to the village is very steep as the village is at the top with great views on the way up and down. Food tasty but a little expensive , salads and vegatable choice turned out to charged extra but since it was all good i didnt mind (take a look at the menu first and dont be like me who just ordered). Can of Efes was 200tl which is the most expensive i paid anywhere on my cycling tour to Aksei, Şeydisehir, Beysehir etc. Included breakfast spread was plentiful and very tasty, first time eating filled pişi and fried eggs in about one inch of butter was just what I needed before a 100km cycle to Beysehir. Despite the cost I had a great stay, the food great and will go again.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend this dirty, unkempt hotel. The staff unfortunately completely incomplete. Classic fraud - The price on the phone was significantly lower than when we arrived. The money was pocketed and there was not even an invoice on request. Very shady Hotel. Unfortunately, I also forgot my airPods in my room. They tried to scam me about the shipping and in the end I was threatened and insulted by the operator, Mr. Kavasoğlu. Thank God I have friends in Turkey who were able to help me. Never again!!!
