But what truly sets this hotel apart is its incredible staff. Everyone, from the reception to the cleaning team, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The kitchen deserves a special mention. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options to suit every palate. A true culinary delight! Very friendly receptionists and must mention an exceptional chef and waiters at the restaurant (Le Grand Bleu). I would just say rooms are a bit disappointing for a 4 star hotel. Bathtubs would be better in the bathroom and a few more amenities.
Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. Staff were unresponsive and nothing we asked for was provided. The room had no working air conditioning, and it wasn’t properly set up for four guests — we had to make do with insufficient bedding. The location also felt unsafe, which added to our discomfort. Sadly, we won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it to others. They’re only after your money.
