I really enjoyed everything, the staff is great, the food is delicious, spacious rooms and a great view
Inconsistent service! Rooms not so clean (finger nail cuts on the floor ☹️), water bottles not always placed in the room, one evening I had only one towel, no coffee sachets... in brief, RANDOM!!!
I honestly don't understand how this place is considered a 4 stars hotel! It was by the far one of the worst experiences of my life. The hotel staff is anything but welcoming nor nice, the cleaning staff was so rude they barged in each time i was there in the morning without my consent !!! I just hear the card swipe and they just entered as I'm there not once not twice but multiple times (even when there was a do not disturb sign) and by many different staff, they made me feel so uncomfortable and I couldn't feel safe or feel a sense of privacy while being in my room since everyone had access and authority to just come in without me asking to clean the room. Regardless of every other services they offered this was the breaking point of my experience there, such an overated place with no privacy.
