Azd hotel

I loved this hotel as they catered to my needs as a solo tourist. Clean and neat. Very kind and courteous staff who assisted me with a taxi during my stay. I managed to tour the entire of Abha safely. Definitely a family friendly hotel. The food was equally tasty too!

Throughly enjoyed our stay here for 2 female travellers . Has all the necessities we needed during our stay in Abha so I won’t complain, even better we got breakfast with our stay which was great because our days were packed with adventures . Breakfast was buffet and they had a huge variety of different options. We ain’t picky eaters so we were grateful with what we go. Big hotel , neat place I would return here again if I came back to Abha. It is abit on the high end but I feel like the service provided was worth it plus the place was clean and modern and the staff was lovely. Except the receptionist when we first checked in didn’t smile or welcome us politely but got straight to business . He must’ve had a long day but it’s ok we enjoyed our time here .

We stayed here one night. We were planning to stay three nights but we decided to leave after one day. When we arrived we found a 5-star lobby. They showed us two rooms and we picked one that had a large window towards the city and and a extra large and very nice bed. However the room was small and there was a large cloth cabinet against the wall that partially blocked the entrance and made accessing the bed from one side difficult. The bathroom was not large (was OK) but the water pressure was very low and the floor drains was placed on the higher side, so a pool of water remained on the floor after showering and the feet would get when using the toilette!! There was a nice water massage column but was useless because of low water pressure. We went for breakfast but they said the breakfast buffet was not open on that day and they will send the breakfast to our room. And that took then 40 minutes. The breakfast itself was very good both qualitatively and quantitatively. All in all we found the price of 600 SAR too much for the value.
