Omar was extremely helpful in assisting us with booking a car and even guided us to a place where we could exchange money. His kindness and dedication made our experience much smoother. We truly appreciate his support and professionalism! However, we noticed that the hallway had a slightly unpleasant smell, similar to that of an old air conditioning system. It would be great if this could be improved for a more comfortable stay.
A great value choice! The hotel’s location and surrounding environment are very convenient. Although the room is small, the window offers a fantastic view of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building-one of the iconic Stalinist “Seven Sisters” skyscrapers. It’s close to Arbat Street and the Moscow River, making transportation easy. The front desk lady speak English and provide attentive service. Note: the hotel reception is on the second floor; after entering through the revolving door, take the elevator upstairs to find it.
Unfortunately as per the world wide hotel ratings, I see it below 4 stars rating . They don’t clean the room except just rearranging your bed ! The rooms are so so so so dusty No residents service The coffee capsules are expired 5 months before from this date ( 14-8-24 )
