Very good place to stay in the city centre. Easy access to the supermarket and streets with restaurants. We had coffee at Deli cafe ground floor and dinner in the restaurant in 17 floor with great views of the city. Be sure to book a table by the window. Clean nice place. Good breakfast. Rooms cleaning service can be improved. We stayed with our 2 young boys. We went out for 5 or 6 hours after late breakfast and when we got back our room was not cleaned. I feel other hotels are more efficient in making rooms. Recommended for staying and we would stay there again.
I stayed at this hotel for three nights to see the Northern Lights, and I can say a part of me stayed in this city. The staff barely understand English, which can be a challenge. However, the quality of the hotel, the rooms, the services, and the breakfast was good.
Good location. Very nice modern rooms. Largest hotel in the north. Amenities, tea and coffee available in the room. Loved the long jacket racks. However they lost one of our dinner in room service, and it never came. They told us they will compensate for us and give us a free lunch the next day, but they didn’t. We also asked for a burger without pork but got a burger without any meat, so cheese and the raw veggies only.
