Everything — from the food to the service and both indoor and outdoor areas — was simply perfect. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, which made us feel truly welcomed. We had a wonderful stay, got plenty of rest, and genuinely enjoyed every moment!

Stunning location overshadowed by glaring management failures The hotel undoubtedly enjoys a prime location with direct access to the sea and breathtaking surroundings. However, these natural advantages are unfortunately squandered by a striking lack of competent management. Throughout our stay, we were unable to get a single decent cup of coffee—a basic expectation in any hospitality setting. The staff appeared untrained, disengaged, and, at times, outright unprofessional. On several occasions, we witnessed verbal arguments between staff members in front of guests, reflecting a severe lack of internal discipline and customer service standards. There’s an overall atmosphere suggesting that either the employees feel severely underpaid or they’re under the false impression that they’re doing guests a favor by simply being there. The “all-inclusive” concept was poorly executed. Ending dinner service promptly at 9:30 PM only to start charging for food shortly thereafter felt arbitrary and frankly absurd. The fitness center is completely empty and neglected. We waited over 90 minutes in the spa area simply trying to find someone to ask a basic question—there was literally no one to assist us. In summary, this hotel could have immense potential given its location, but unless its managerial issues are urgently addressed, I can’t imagine any first-time visitor ever choosing to return. A beautiful place, deeply let down by poor leadership and a lack of hospitality culture.

‼️AVOID THIS PLACE – 5-STAR IN NAME ONLY, ZERO HOSPITALITY - AN INTERNATIONAL POV‼️ The worst hotel experience in my life. If you're ready to pay premium prices for *no service*, *dirty conditions*, and *rude, clueless staff* — then this is your place. But if you're expecting true Turkish hospitality, clean facilities, and an actual ultra all-inclusive experience, *STAY AWAY*. This hotel has *nothing* to do with what a 5-star Turkish resort should feel like. Everything here screams cost-cutting and chaos. Think twice — your holiday deserves better. --- *⚠️ Not Worth 5 Stars – Think Twice Before Booking! Sadly, our experience here was far from what a 5-star hotel should offer. Here's a breakdown from an international globetrotter who has visited various hotels (including Turkey) for those considering a stay: 👎 Service & Staff: - Undertrained, underpaid foreign workers with no hospitality mindset. A group of mixed people that are just collected from the streets as cheap laborers - horribly bad service - Most staff do not speak English or even Turkish fluently. - No initiative or eye contact; you must ask multiple times for basic service which you end up to not get. - Staff often appear lost, uninterested, or irritated, they walk in groups and do chitchat and you sit at your table with finished dirty dishes piling up. 🚫 Hygiene Issues: - Dirty dishes and cutlery, table cloths, glasses etc. You literally have to be careful to grab a clean plate from the clean dish section. - Fruit flies around the bread section every single time - especially at breakfast with all the sweet treats. - Salads served plain (the green leaves veggies are sandy and do not appear to be washed!) with no dressing or quality. - Food often cold or not replenished - be prepared to eat the same stuff throughout your whole stay. You eat the same soup at dinner, night and the following breakfast. ⚠️ Misleading “Ultra All-Inclusive”: - This hotel has nothing to do with ultra all-inclusive at all! - Snack bar menu has a huge menu, but barely 1/3 of what is shown is available. - Closing times for meals and bars do not match what’s advertised. You are being harshly warned verbally when you look around earlier. - Staff scold guests for simply asking about correct hours. - Very basic food such as Omelets are pre-made and cold — they refuse to cook fresh ones (?!) - Cheapest quality food - especially as guest numbers increase, bad gets even worse! 🚷 Poor Management - Guests are checked by security inside hotel premises, which feels unsafe. - Spare key cards given under pressure - No proper dress code in the dining hall (people eat in their swimwear!) or atmosphere management. - Discipline is lacking — chaos everywhere every time. 💬 Final Note: This is not a real 5-star, all-inclusive experience. It’s managed to cut corners wherever possible. If you care about service, cleanliness, and value for money — look elsewhere. The hotel itself is located close to the beach and it has a nice view, other than that there is not one positive aspect.
