Azoris Faial Garden

The staff is very nice. They are in the middle of some light renovation, such as paint, so there might be a little extra noise. The accommodations are nice an comfortable but some things are a bit dated. The restaurant is nice with a nice selection. The view from our room was spectacular, with Pico as the center point. The weather is on the rainy side so it hampered our view a bit. Still a great hotel!

Great hotel and great location. Beds were very comfortable, the pool had an epic view of Pico and the breakfast buffet had something for everyone! Definitely recommend

This hotel is the perfect location to the center of town. Just a short walk through the back stairs and you're right in the center of it all. It is an older hotel and is going through some renovations but it is a very nice place to stay. Our only issues were the air conditioning did not get very cold in the room. And it may be because we visited during off season, but there was generally a wait at the bar to get someone in there to serve you. The food was decent. Breakfast choices were plentiful. Front desk staff very helpful and made dinner reservations for us and also mailed a post card for me (I provided the stamp) The robes are great, I even purchased one to take back home so I can remember my stay here. We even came back here when our flight was canceled due to weather. The front desk was hit all at once with a plane full of people needing rooms and they handled it quickly and efficiently. The ocean views from our balcony was the absolute best.
