Aztec Hotel and Spa

I visited the spa where I had the Ultimate Glow treatment which involved facial, back and scalp massage. Adriana was giving the treatment and she was very welcoming from the beginning with her calm and friendly presence. She explained what would happen in the treatment and what oils and products she would use, and throughout the treatment itself she gave helpful advice on how to adjust my posture, relax my muscles and how to look after my skin. The whole experience was so calming and soothing. Her skills and knowledge were great and I left the treatment with more relaxed muscles, a glowing face and some helpful advice on looking after my muscles and skin. I would highly recommend Adriana and the treatments at Aztec Hotel & Spa.

I stayed at the Aztec for a few days while on vacation in the UK. The rooms are nicely appointed and the bathtubs are lovely. Very comfortable beds and the breakfast isn't bad either. The front desk is very responsive and helpful. If you book a lake view room, beware, it's a bit of a trek to get there from reception. I went to the spa and received a massage and facial from Adriana, and it was one of the best spa experiences of my life! She was so friendly and kind, not to mention extremely skilled at her trade, I am so happy she was my massage therapist. If I come back, I will be requesting Adriana specifically, she was great!

Nice hotel .Spa facilities (sauna , steam room ) and pool are great. Dedicated children swimming times. Location wise it’s great for if you are working in Aztec West and if you’ve a car then the rest of Bristol is very accessible by motorway and a short drive to City Centre etc. The service was good however, a couple of times we asked for something from reception and on one occasion it didn’t arrive. The breakfast is was good. The rooms are old but clean and a good size . We had a family room with a sofa bed for our toddler.
