I stayed at this hotel in May for two weeks with a travel agency, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is very well prepared for guests and just a few minutes from the beach (the short walk from the street is absolutely fine). Great bus connection to Rethymno. The staff is wonderful – incredibly helpful and kind (special greetings to Nicolas and our favourite Beach Bar Lady – I hope you’ll finally get to see the mountains in Poland! 😊). The hotel is spotless, everything is kept at a high standard. The food was delicious – fresh every day, with lots of local specialties. You can tell the staff truly love Greece. Highly recommended! There are car rentals and a bus stop nearby. Great location for exploring the coast, the mountains, charming villages, gorges, and also a good base for trips to Chania. Thank you for two amazing weeks full of adventure and unforgettable views – it wouldn’t have been the same without the lovely staff and this welcoming hotel.
This is my first trip in my life! And this hotel and island have left the most wonderful memories forever! I want to especially thank the hotel staff for their excellent work and the emotions they brought! The waiters, bartenders, and animators! Special thanks to the animator Zara! For creating a beautiful and amazing atmosphere, there were dances, there was everything the soul desires! I don’t want to leave because this place and this hotel create a fairytale, a paradise where you want to live! Thank you to the chefs for the delicious food! Thank you to the administrators for the peace and quiet! You are the best! 🇬🇷🩵
I’m currently staying at the hotel. It’s a lovely, cozy place with renovated, very clean rooms. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is tasty, fresh, and varied — no complaints at all. Unfortunately, there are a few things that spoil the overall impression. For one, I wish more attention was paid to dishwashing — it's noticeable at times. But the biggest disappointment, which really overshadows the entire stay, is the beach bar. When you book an all-inclusive package, you expect that drinks on the beach are also included — especially when you’re here with a child. But I found out that you have to pay for drinks at the beach bar, even though they’re the exact same drinks served inside the hotel. The reason? I have the “wrong” color of wristband due to some agreement with a specific tour operator. Meanwhile, other guests — who also booked all-inclusive — get those same drinks for free, just because they have a different wristband. Honestly, it feels like people are being divided based on their country or agency, and unfortunately, Ukrainian guests seem to be treated less favorably. This is the first time I’ve seen an all-inclusive hotel charge for drinks at the beach bar, and it left a bitter aftertaste. I expected fair and equal treatment for all guests, regardless of where they come from or how they booked.
