Azulik. Beautiful experience. If your coming to Tulum and you did not stop at Azulik for not even one night you did not complete the full experience. From the beginning the service is welcoming and heart warming. The concierge Elizabeth very attentive and always available throughout message. The architecture on this hotel is something imaginable. The artistic design is spread out evenly throughout the hotel. Me and my spouse stayed at a Sky Villa Oceanfront and it was like being in another world. The experience of staying in the middle of the jungle and hearing the waves is something only a dream could offer. I want to point out that this villa had shower handle and also a nice bucket so you can take a shower looking at the ocean waves. Having only candles makes the night extra romantic and separates you from technology and people at same time adding a hint of romance. The food although on the pricey end very tasty. Have in mind you’re not having risotto on a street restaurant; you’re in the middle of a jungle with a very elegant restaurant overlooking the sunset. Want to thank Cecilio and Miguel for such an amazing service with lunch and dinner. I will be coming back!!

The hotel was extremely amazing. So beautiful and truly felt like something magical made in the jungle. It feels unique and like an experience you need to have at least once even if it’s just to dine at one of their restaurants or catch one of their sunset DJ experiences. Every single detail is intentional from the art, architecture, music, scent, etc. The staff were extremely nice as well, one of the receptionists in particular really went out of her way to really make our honeymoon feel special for me and my husband. The only thing I want to mention that doesn’t bring this to the most comfortable stay is we were on the lower floor with another room right above us. You can hear people walking around very clearly above you to the point where it freaked us out in the middle of the night because it sounded like it was in our room. The bed also wasn’t the most comfortable for me personally. But my husband didn’t have any issues. Lastly I will mention that if you’re looking for privacy, you may feel slightly uncomfortable. Our room was a sea villa and neighbors can see into the room pretty clearly.

Visited Azulik for the sunset experience at the rooftop, there’s no denying the place is visually stunning. The architecture is incredible and the views are absolutely beautiful, especially as the sun goes down. It’s definitely one of the most unique settings in Tulum. But honestly, the overall experience felt more hype than real value. The staff were dismissive and not welcoming from the start. We were sent up to the rooftop without anyone checking for table availability, only to get there and find no seating at all. When we asked the team upstairs, they were rude and just told us to “stand around,” with zero effort to help or offer a solution. It’s a place that clearly banks on its aesthetics and reputation, but the service falls short, especially for the price and expectations. Worth a visit if you’re curious about the space, but don’t expect much in terms of hospitality
