Had a great time at Azumi Boutique Hotel Alabang, went there for just a overnight stay, guess what? they are very accommodating, exceptional service! everyone went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay, the breakfast is delicious, hotel itself was very clean welcoming staff and nice ambiance, room is very clean and comfortable and well maintained with nice comfort room with small kitchen area. We would absolutelly stay here again ❣️💯

Place is okay as boutique hotel but not satisfied with room and service. Water heater is not even warm and the water pressure is not enough. Infinity pool water too cold, it would be nice if they have heater. Front desk and buffet breakfast personnel is not coordinate. Front desk told us just to proceed to the buffet but the buffet reception told us to go to front desk to get stub. Over all, its okay and crew is nice especially the guard, very helpful.

Azumi Boutique Hotel in Madrigal Business Park Alabang is a modern style, low rise hotel at the center of Alabang Muntinlupa. Outside it is quite simple but the lobby is eloquent and prestigious. It has a european western style lobby. I find the lobby and reception can be quite packed during peak times especially on certain major events that the hotel hosts. The restrooms are modern and are gender friendly and clean as a whistle. The rooftop infinity pool boasts a great view of the alabang skyline and the surrounding areas. I have to mention that the hotel took the time to secure for safety especially on the infonity pools edge. I have to state that the overworking employees are commendable for they go up and down the stairs due to having 1 elevator functioning while the other as I came to know was a few weeks under maintenance, just to serve the guest. Which could have easily been solved by the presence of a service elevator or a dumb waiter at best. During our stay one can commonly observe local and foreign guests are frustrated by the fact that they had to go do cardio on the stairs in order not to wait at the elevator. The Breakfast area which is the Romulo's Cafe located at ground level can be overly crowded at breakfast which is why our family came early at 7:00 AM sharp to guarantee a table. The Nail/SPA took one and a half hour before confirming if there are available slots and there are loose cabinet handles in our room. For a prestigious hotel I found it to be on a quite disrepair. Guests of the hotel cannot be blamed if they feel a certain disappointment. Room service was quite disappointing because of the way things were handled. The serving time was unreasonably long, the serving portions are quite few compared to their respective prices which in our book is considered over priced, and the taste, well we should have just eaten at Molito. The rooms are beautiful but not well maintained for there were a couple of loose cabinet handles we encountered in our room. On a postive note there is a smart tv and a beautiful view in our room's terrace. Although, the restroom has a stained glass for privacy. It is still very visible on the outside. Romulo Cafe was the saving grace that we were expecting, but are met with an above average service. Here's to hoping that the beloved hotel management can improve on these facets and improve on my constructed criticism.
