Beautiful views from the hotel, parking is very easy and the rooms are clean- with very comfortable beds! The staff speak great English and were very helpful, would definitely recommend!
We enjoyed staying there...Food is good,great wellnes,beautiful landscape..Almost everything was great,except lady with glasses that works at recpetion..She was extremly unpleasant,unnprofesional amd rude..She lied to us,when we asked about transport to Durbuy.It is sad to see that in souch good resort,where everyone are friendly and welcoming,and really well organzied,works person that clearly don't like strangers,and behave very unnprofesional..
The holiday houses are not properly equipped, we had to buy a lot of basic things ourselves. They were also not cleaned well. And there are no showers. The wellness is very basic, also no showers. The dinners were hit and miss, some good, some mediocre. The breakfast is outstanding. Also the location is great!
