Azur One Eleven New Alamein

A very pleasant and comfortable stay at Azur Hotel. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and always clean — definitely one of the highlights of the stay,although we needed to change our room, and the hotel responded very quickly and efficiently. The food was varied and tasty. Breakfast can get a bit crowded, but the hotel smartly provides an additional dining hall besides the main restaurant to ease the congestion. The beach is a bit far from the hotel, but there are shuttle buses running on a fixed schedule, which makes it convenient. The beach itself is somewhat rocky, but overall the atmosphere is very relaxing and peaceful. Nice music is played, and the beach services — including food and drinks — are excellent. The hotel has multiple swimming pools and also a lagoon filled with seawater, which is a great feature. The entertainment team is good. They don't offer many big activities, but what they do offer is enjoyable and adds a pleasant touch to the stay. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with good service in a nice location.

The kids area was great. My sister really enjoyed it and spent a long time there without getting bored. The space is clean, colorful and fully air-conditioned. There are many activities like drawing, games and soft play. The staff are kind and caring with the kids. It felt safe and well-managed. A perfect place for families. The hotel has potential to really be an amazing place however management has to really give attention to room cleaning, care about details and do deep cleaning at least once after every guest. Also at the beach they need to take care of cleaning more. Additionally the cleaning of the pool also needs to be more better. In General my review is low because of general cleaning concerns. Moreover the beach is a bit far and uneven road and location is tricky to reach by your own car if you dont like to take the shuttle bus that goes on certain time schedule only. Being fair I enjoyed the stay but It would have been much better if those concerns were not there. The buffet is good, but crowded, service is good overall. I will give them another try and hope they will improve.
