Azur Paradise

Spacious, neat and clean rooms. The entire team looked after us well. We arrived 3 hours prior to check in and we were accommodate so that we could rest and freshen up. The chef Mr. Sajjan ensured a good healthy breakfast was packed the days we headed out early morning for our trips. Mr. Vinesh helped us with the tours around the island. Very Happy 😊 with the service of Azur Paradise

A place with potential, however the position with two shabby and dirty buildings in front of the nice sea view isn’t great. Rooms are ok however needs to be maintained as the joints in the bathrooms are dirty. Didn’t like the two levels with stairs in the room, TV is outdated and the beds too hard. Too much noise from the rooftop bar and very loud music at night. The best asset are the staff, chef and service staff very nice and helpful.

First of all the welcome was pleasant at Azur Paradise, then after an hour passed,they face a power outage, we understand, but after several hours nobody come to check on us,the hotline was off we couldn’t even reach the reception we had to go downstairs several times to informed them about the situation we are facing and still no helped receive from them and the room became hot at a time ,it was too uncomfortable to stayed, also we received our food cold after 45 minutes which we ordered on arrival and we had to go informed them again to bring the desert,very poor room service also they had the audacity to stole and they made us pay for the drinks we ordered even though they said we would have a lunch included drinks package when I had booked this hotel , the manager was also rude, instead of looking for a solution he said there was nothing he could do and finally when our day was ruined by them they offered us a drink and very rudely said it was ours ,perhaps they didn’t not even apologizing for their actions and poor service provided.
