Azur Resort & Spa Hotel

We travelled at the beginning of the season, when the hotel wasn't too crowded. Food was always freshly prepared and a lot of choice. The Turkish specialities were very good. Service was excellent especially Bari and Mali, two fantastic and attentive waiters! Bottled water, tea and coffee available everywhere. Different entertainment every evening, a lot of effort went into the quality of the entertainment. We used the Spa for massage and facial, price was not overly expensive. There's also a gym which is located by the spa. Complex and room very clean. Worst things for us were the fairly long trip from the airport - around 90 minutes and the music from the hotel next door, which plays over the top of the entertainment.

I stayed at this hotel from July 6th to 13th. Overall, the hotel is very nice – high standard, varied food, excellent service, and fun attractions for both children and adults. However, there is one major issue – the entire civilized world condemns Russia’s actions. I can understand that Turkey allows them in on a massive scale (because of money), but I cannot understand how the hotel openly permits the promotion of Putin. During one of the evening events, T-shirts were being handed out on the main stage (anyone could buy one), and one of the Russian guests bought a shirt, had an image of Putin printed on it, and proudly displayed it to all the guests from the stage – I personally felt disgusted! Because of the overwhelming presence of Russian tourists and the hotel seemingly being tailored to them, I strongly do not recommend this place to Poles or to any other nation from the civilized world – unless, of course, you love Putin.

We are very disappointed with the service at this hotel. We have booked two rooms side sea view but on our arrival they told us that the hotel was overbooked and gave us only one room for four people. They did not offer us any compensation, just told us the next day they will give us another room. We thought the hotel is of high class but it is not. The staff at the reception were rude, especially the manager Hakan who told us smiling that they would give us another room at night. As we have booked through a travel agency, we talked to our representative iin Turkey, as well as with our travel agent in our country but nothing happened. So avoid staying at this hotel. IT is not worth the money.
