Azure Sea Whitsunday Resort

Our family had an relaxing and comfortable stay at Azure. One of the highlights was how Nicole helped organise our tours, allowing us to spend more time enjoying the islands and making the most of our trip. They genuinely care and wanted the best for their guests. The town house itself was just like the photos, nice, with clean and comfortable rooms, fully equipped kitchen, everything was working including WiFi, great amenities and breathtaking views. You need to climb a short steep slope to get there and climb some stairs to reach the pool which was not an issue for us. If you stay at their apartment you can use the lift to got to the pool. We recommend Azure to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by several aspects of the accommodation. The room boasted spectacular views and was thoughtfully laid out. I especially appreciated the spacious living area, well-equipped kitchen, and the generous outdoor space—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. However, there were a couple of drawbacks that affected the overall experience. The electric blinds in the lounge room were not functioning, which meant I couldn’t close them for privacy or to block out light. Additionally, each time I stepped off the elevator, I was greeted by a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the garbage chute, which was quite off-putting. Despite these issues, I would definitely consider staying here again, though I’d opt for a different room next time in hopes of a better overall experience.

My friends and I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, especially the beds. The blankets had visible stains, and there was a musty/sweat smell as if multiple customers had used them for weeks. I called the reception to complain about the blanket and did not seem to believe us. There’s literally multiple blankets tucked away in the cabinet and all of them were disgusting. The spare pillows either had stains or mold growing ( Not exaggerating at all - please properly go through all the cupboards/cabinets and PLS WIPE EVERY CORNER of the house. There’s still some stuff left by other customers laying around the house that needs to be disposed) I hope management takes cleanliness more seriously because no guest should have to deal with unwashed sheets.
