Nice place to stay in the centre of Asturias. Tasty breakfast included, convenient parking available.

Not a 4-star hotel (reason why we booked, being the only one in the area). - Very little English spoken - pool/spa area is paid as a supplement (!), and on top of it, has ridiculous opening hours (not open in the evening, or in the morning, etc) - no minibar, and the little fridge (empty) not working - poor buffet breakfast Conclusion: it's a 3.5-star hotel, but even so lacking some basics. Overall comfort of the room ok, despite somewhat tired.

When we first arrived into our room was NOT clean. The beds were not made and the bathroom still had used towels and open soap . Working in the service industry, it’s understandable that sometimes their can be a confusion in a room. What really was terrible was the attitude of the front desk staff when we went back down and told them of our room . They made a big deal about not having any cleaning staff available and no other open rooms with two beds . We basically had to threat to leave for her to even consider looking for a new room for us. She spent 30 minutes going back and forth with us and not believing us, and even going to the room to check for herself. It was late an night when we arrived so we reluctantly stayed after she “magically” found a new room for us. We were excited that this hotel promoted their gym online ( with pictures) and in their lobby. Once we got here we were told the didn’t actually have a gym. WTH?! Where did the online pictures come from then? The complimentary breakfast is very limited. Fruit, yogurt, coffee. Keep in mind you can hear noise from the street. Overall terrible experience, not just because the staff was rude but also the false advertisement of their amenities
