AZZ Valencia Táctica Hotel

Pretty bottom of the Ranks. Had a kettle in the room but no cup, no coffee/tea etc. Extremely basic hotel, and not maintained well. Dirty carpets with stains in hallways, grubby condition. One saving grace was it is a short walk to high street where you can get decent food.

Don’t be fooled by the nice pictures. Hallways smelled like urine. The bathroom was dirty and the shower was broken with only the faucet working.

We have been to many hotels in different countries in Europe, North American and Asia. This hotel is the worst experience we had. The room is very poorly maintained. There are literally many holes on the dirty curtain. The carpet is not clean either. The worst part is the wash table and the shower. The water hardly drain in both of them. Disgusting stuff would surface when there is water. It's absolutely not acceptable. We asked the front desk to change a room. That was not possible. Then we asked someone to fix the drain, which did not work out either. According to the staff, what we saw was normal. The people at the reception was the worst. He was not even slightly sorry about the situation. He literally said "What do you want me to do?". We couldn't believe what we were hearing. We booked 4 nights in this hotel. We ended up checking out after 1 night. Do not let the photos fool you. This is the worst hotel I've stayed in. Modify, replying to the implication made by the hotel.
