Azzap Hotel Galata

Had an amazing time at Azzap Hotel Galata. The location is brilliant to get to anywhere in Istanbul you need by walking or getting easy access to public transport. The rooms are nice and clean with good air con and they get cleaned every day. In terms of price to quality service ratio it's one of the best choices in the city really. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They helped out with my mother's birthday surprise such as getting us a free cake and managing the flower delivery we had booked to the hotel. They really seemed to prioritise our experience and that was great. Really recommend!

Hotel was perfect and exactly what we needed! Very central to trams and food. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The rooms were spacious and fit our 2.5 large luggage's. The gorgeous view from the rooftop restaurant was definitely a bonus!

Super disappointed with this hotel - definitely more budget than anything else, would say it is a 3* hotel: -Room not properly cleaned - used contact lenses on the floor in the bathroom on arrival -In bathroom toiletries empty until asked to refill -Cleaner came into the room without knocking -Windows left open by cleaner despite it being 5c outside - meaning it was open all day as we were out exploring the city -Dirty towels on arrival to the room -Coffee pods scarcely replenished -Noisy room -Poor and rude customer service Only positive is the location and free water bottles. Overall very disappointed and would actively avoid. And if management come back the points above they are irrefutable and highlights the attitude of the hotel.
