We stayed here for 2 nights!i would say check in process was easy, everything was mentioned in an email! However, parking was little bit tricky when you have big car!Rooms were ok,but what was disappointing for me was mold in the shower area!and it was stinky in the bathroom due to mold,we didn’t used that shower area!still we found it very risky to breathe the air which has mold present as due to AC,i feel though i keep bathroom door close, air gets circulate in the whole apartment!
Very disappointing experience. This hotel showed no respect for the customer. Mistakes happen — especially when booking through mobile apps like Agoda, which are not always clear. Despite my willingness to correct the booking, even by paying more, the hotel ignored all attempts to solve the situation. This kind of customer service is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. I strongly advise future guests to be very careful before making any reservation here.
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel’s customer service. I made a reservation via Agoda, but due to a mistake and the unclear interface of the booking platform, an unintended booking was made. Immediately after noticing the mistake, I tried to resolve the situation both with Agoda and directly with the hotel. Despite several attempts to contact them and my willingness to find a fair solution — the hotel completely refused any cooperation, showing no flexibility or goodwill. Instead of providing professional customer support, the hotel focused solely on profit, applying their policies in the strictest way without considering customer satisfaction or their reputation. In my opinion, such practices are unacceptable in the hospitality industry — especially since the stay has not yet taken place, and I was ready to pay extra for a new reservation to resolve the situation amicably. I do not recommend this hotel, and I warn other travelers to be very cautious. I will not leave this matter unnoticed — I intend to share my experience across review platforms and social media to raise awareness about how this hotel treats its customers.
