The hotel as a whole is good, arrived at 6 am at the hotel, and we had a check-in at 14.00, we had to wait, but already at 12.00 we were settled in a room, which is very grateful. The administration is English-speaking with a Thai accent, but you can understand each other. Breakfast is good, varied food. Every day the room was cleaned, juices, water, beer, every day it was in the fridge. We have a room on the first floor with access to our own pool, very elegant. In the central pool did not even go, and the sea, across the road, so there was no need. This time they used the car hire from the Orange car phuket, on the advice of friends, good service from the guys, we are satisfied, the car is without complaints, all issues are resolved quickly, it is much cheaper than a taxi. The hotel is good, the car is super, the rest is excellent, I recommend.
The best location, the best service. Been eyeing on this hotel a while, and I finally got to stay! This hotel is quiet and well maintained. You can enjoy the sunset on the beach from the POOL. Breathtaking. Room is clean and spacious. Employees are kind and attentive. Highly recommend!
Great hotel at a decent price. Great location right on the beach at the end of Patong. It’s quite quiet & peaceful if you want to be away from the hustle & bustle. The pool area is great, very comfortable loungers and infinity pool with views of Patong beach. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, special thanks the Bank at the reception for resolving some issues we had during our stay. As it was low season you needed to order your breakfast and not from the buffet so the options were limited, but I understand the hotel was not busy
