Availability of the owners, cleanliness and spectacular views.
In a bourgeois building, the owners were kind and friendly, and there was a beautiful view of Posillipo. The room had a few flaws, however, especially only one window for two rooms. Overall, a positive experience.
The price-performance ratio isn't good. Too expensive for a ground-floor apartment with almost no electricity. The location is very average. The mattress is good, and the apartment was clean.
