What do you expect from a hotel like this? Price/performance. In this respect, it's a success. It's a modern, clean, and comfortable hotel. Room numbers are a bit confusing, and the shower and toilet windows are made of foggy glass. There's no soundproofing. If you want some privacy, you can use the toilets at the entrance. The hotel is in a quiet area and offers free parking. I recommend this hotel.
The bed is big but there is a gap between the two mattresses. The ventilation, conditioner did not work and there are no mosquito nets on the windows. Self-check-in, parking, nice breakfast area outside.
Room numbering can be slightly confusing - maybe adding a leading 0 to the ground floor room numbers, instead of making the leading 1 bigger. Self check-in is fine, but please put a phone on the table. Room is clean, but the mattress sinks and doesn't provide enough support. It's not immediately apparent upon booking that the restaurant doesn't open for breakfast over the weekend, and there's nowhere to have breakfast nearby.
