B2 Suthep Night Market Premier Resort

It was wonderful stay with B2 Suthep, Chiang Mai. We were blown away by abundance of beautiful temples (Wat U-Mong, Wat Suandok, Wat Doi Suthep etc. And delicious street food near the hotell on Suthep road next to Chiang Mai University. Quiet area and peaceful. Our room was very clean although the old hotel. We have a wonderful and memorable stay at B2 Suthep.

I like b2 hotels but not this one. I would never stay here again. Cons: - the workers are rude. For example, They look away instead of saying hi. And whenever you ask for anything their response is not helpful and leaves you feeling like what? - They didn’t have a bottle opener, umbrella and when you ask they say just buy in 7/11 - they only give one key card for a room with 4 people. I asked for another one and they say no. - I stayed in the most expensive room but the water pressure in one of the bathroom was so low. I asked them to fix but their “fix” didn’t change anything. I had to shower in the other room - one light made a loud annoying buzzing sound so I couldn’t use it - it was generally not very clean and felt run down. Hopefully b2 addresses these issues and trains its staff better as it ruined the image I had of b2.

We got the “presidential suite” which sounds like a very good room but its not. The room was not well maintained. The aircon was old and loud. I have been to more than 5 B2 hotels around thailand and in chiangmai. This is the worst one. If you are planing to stay there, please reconsider.
