Decent, quiet hotel, on a quiet street, away from the bustle and convience of Pattaya. Not convenient if you don't have a car. I think they specialize in hosting tour groups from China.
Small community so quiet good for your rest.
The fridge in my room was not cleaned properly, and there was a noticeable water leak making some noise. The wifi was terrible. Bedsheet had some stain. No toilet paper. The pool did not look clean. One of the worst accommodations in my life. At checkout, I was surprised to be asked for a five-star review despite these issues. It feels disingenuous to request a top rating when basic cleanliness and maintenance are lacking.
