Baan Khwam Rak

We took the villas To all the other comments saying this was not a great place : you are in Thailand, in a 3 stars hotel, in the middle of the jungle ! Yes there are bugs ! yes there are animals ! Yes there are leafs from the trees ! The staff is friendly The breakfast is amazing They rent scooters directly from the hotel ! (They don’t have a lot) Yes they could do a little bit of work to the rooms but for the price it was exactly what we needed ! A calm and nice place You can even walk to the center the only thing missing is a transfer to the pier or to the airport Other then that it was perfect !

A really small, nice and beautifully decorated hotel. There are a few marks on the bathroom facilities, but not so much that it bothers you. It is very clean and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast is a bit disappointing, you can only choose from a menu which is not really filling. (There is nothing for vegetarians or vegans). The pool is praiseworthy.

Poor stay at this property overall, we booked a 2 room villa expecting it to have basic facilities, however we were surprised - to name a few issues - no room service , dryer didn't work, pool was filthy and not usable, Haf of the lights,and hair dryer in the room didn't work, no staff to pick up luggage while checking out, no basic facilities in room such as kettle for hot water, microwave or gas to warm food, lots of insects and mosquitoes in and around the room... The breakfast was chargeable at 350 thb per dish which was a rip off. Overall quite poor experience. The only positive was the cleaning staff who were open to help vs.. saying no for everything.
