Clean room. Good maintenance of facilities. Bad view. They gave us city view when they have lots of empty sea view rooms. Other hotels gave us upgrades. Won’t let you check in before 2. Have to give 1000 baht deposit. Understandable since there are probably lots of bad Indian and chinese tourists. Breakfast was subpar. nothing special. Swimming pool is great. Lobby is very nice. I won’t come back because there’s too many chinese and Indian tourists at this hotel tho.

Older hotel on a very good location right on the beach. Check-in before 2pm sharp, earlier not allowed. Very good bed with great pillows and good ac. Terrible shower set-up, not suitable for elderly people. Biggest minus of our stay. Room is oldish but acceptable. The sea view is beautiful but there is only a 50 cm balcony where you can hang your clothes to dry, not possible to sit there which is a pitty. We didn't use breakfast and the swimming pool Because of the terrible shower we not expect to come back here as there is too much choice in Jomtien

The worst hotel I ever stayed in Thailand, the room smells so so so bad even I requested to change a room, and I can hear every slight sound from outside, the walls are paper-thin. No joke, I can’t fall asleep at all all night. Also, the room service is bad too.
