And just when we thought the evening couldn’t get sweeter, they surprised us with complimentary ice cream at the end. A thoughtful gesture that made the experience unforgettable. Great design. Inner rooms facing swimming pool and the restaurant has delicious food and also halal. Breakfast is really nice. The staff are friendly and cooperative. Slightly expensive but worth it.

I have been a loyal guest at this hotel for years, and until my most recent visit, every single stay has been excellent. I have always appreciated the service and quality here. However, my experience last month completely shattered this positive image. During my stay, a receptionist wrongfully accused me of stealing a bathroom robe and forced me to sign a random paper. She escalated the situation unprofessionally by confronting me with her security detail. To be clear, I had taken absolutely nothing from the room. The feeling of being publicly treated like a thief after years of being a loyal customer was deeply humiliating and unacceptable. While all my previous experiences were wonderful, this one incident has unfortunately tarnished my entire perception of the hotel and its respect for guests. I sincerely hope management reviews this serious incident and provides the necessary training to their staff to ensure no other guest is subjected to such an accusatory and disrespectful experience.
