Unbelievably great service here. It’s hard to beat the Hilton experience and I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels recently. The ladies at the front desk were very accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed. And as a solo traveler, they made me feel very comfortable. The room was fresh and smelled great when I walked in. The pool and grounds were clean and modern. I feel great here. The shuttle to the beach was a pleasant surprise too. Wish I could stay longer. Thanks for the late checkout, that helps a lot.

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn Phuket Bang Tao. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with modern, clean rooms and thoughtful touches throughout. The rooftop pools are a true highlight—perfect for a peaceful dip and sunset views. The breakfast was consistently fresh and flavorful, offering a nice mix of Thai and international options. Location-wise, it’s quietly tucked away yet still close to Bang Tao Beach and local shops. The free shuttle service made exploring super easy. Staff were welcoming and efficient, always ready to help with a smile. Perfect spot for a chill holiday, business trip, or anything in between. Highly recommend!

My best friend and I stayed here while visiting Phuket for 2 days. The staff was very accommodating, even upgrading us to a balcony room for our 1 night stay. The property was beautiful and everything we ate in the restaurant was delicious-we had a veggie sandwich for lunch and enjoyed their buffet breakfast the following morning. The icing on the cake was the staff allowing us to freshen up in the spa showers after our all-day excursion to the Phi Phi Islands(despite us technically no longer being guests), ensuring that we left for our return flight to Bangkok refreshed and squeaky clean-anyone who has visited Thailand knows what a blessing this was given the humid climate. I would definitely recommend this property for any future visits to Phuket.
