Baan Taranya Koh Yao Yai Resort

The hotel and the staff were wonderful, especially P'Ann. The hotel was helpful with transportation to and from the pier (just ask beforehand), motorbike rental, private tour of Hong Island, laundry service, and room service. The hotel pools were beautiful, clean, and refreshing. The restaurants was convenient and had so many options! I especially loved being close to the beach even though it wasn't for swimming, it was great to walk the sand banks and hear the waves. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort and would highly recommend it! The rooms were lovely and well-maintained, and the two pools were fantastic—though a bit more shade around them would have been perfect. The staff truly stood out with their friendliness and genuine care, making us feel warmly welcomed throughout our stay. The location was also ideal, just a quick 10-minute trip to the boat wharf. While the main restaurant wasn’t quite up to expectations in terms of wait times and value, there’s a great alternative restaurant nearby that we’d recommend instead. That said, the buffet was absolutely incredible—definitely a highlight of the experience!

The pools were amazing, the room also really beautiful, cozy and modern, the staff really friendly and helpful. They also have a parking if you rent a scooter. The food was really good also, they didn’t have breakfast beacause we are in low season and they re not fully booked, but they let us choose from the a la carte menu what we want! We loved that is surrounded by nature with the beautiful sea in the front! The cleanliness in the bathroom can be better and it was a weird smell on the room and also the bathroom. Nothing that cannot be fixed easily so per total it was great!
