Baan Yuree Resort & Spa

I stayed around 4 months during Covid. The hotel was almost empty and I only paid around $9-$14AUD per night. What you read in the other reviews is true. Tired property, staff started out friendly and became quite hostile in the end. Pillows had nasty smells and some of the bathrooms were mouldy and leaky. The breakfast was pretty bad but I always went for omelettes which were fresh. I stayed in Thailand over 8 months and went to a lot of other hotels but eventually kept going back to Baan Yuri. The new rooms at the back are the best but smaller than the rooms on the side. Even though I’ve noted some issues this place eventually felt a bit like home and the price was great. Looking at the price now and reading what others have paid I fully understand why they’re so upset. Either way I had a great time but you must have a moto if you come and go a lot from the hotel. That hill becomes tiresome very quickly without a moto 🛵💨

The room were smelly, the bed covers were dirty with no room service or house keeping.we asked them 2 days 4 times but they did not clean the room or change the covers. Moreover the double bed moves apart while sleeping and the staff said yes thats normal. Its a nightmare they do not care please do not think it as 4 star its not worth. The resort is mostly in bad shape with broken pool tiles, broken ceilings. I am really disappointed with the experience. Just for those who do not want to climb a steep hill, please avoid this property. Moreover also avoid due to the reasons mentioned above. I would say it has a decent view as its on hill top so you get a decent view from some of the rooms which are on 3rd or higher level, the room below 3rd level mostly get pool view.

It’s a worst ever hotel I had seen in my life, Broken tiles in the swimming pool and swimming pool is under renovation , it’s not like as they shown in the photos , Worst and useless resoptionists and no mirror in the rooms and no cell in the AC remotes , they also charge for everting which available in hotels . There are so many drawbacks are there to describe about this hotel which needs more then one hour to type it. So I directly suggest you ppl not to visit this hotel and waste of your time and money . So please don’t visit this hotel people.
