Good hotel, with modern comfortable rooms. Located on the beach. Staff are very friendly. Highly recommend. No tourists around, which makes this place even more special.

basically what u get for what u pay, just really basic rooms. Not many tourists so the receptionist speak very little english. Its "outdoor" so its easy if ur visiting with a vehicle. For me the only thing thats worth are the views and the main pool, they have about 4 pools rn. Hygiene is mehh, still acceptable but a little lower average for an overseas tourist.Breakfast options are very little. Big problem is that there are too many ants, bathroom floor full of ants and i thought it was just our room (villas) but during morning breakfast it was "filled" with ants as well, making a hot chocolate and i found 6 ants bodies inside(not only in mine), around the toaster area has ants as well so. Water pressure is very weak. "extra bed" just a soft mattress on the floor (600baht). Night at here are quite quiet and dark but if u drive about 5mins u could get to a 7e and lotus fresh to get some goods, on the way u could definetly see alot way better resorts. so go for the pricey options will be worth it than here.

Location is amazing but that is where it stops. Zero customer service and issues galore. Maintenance is lacking and the amenities are in need of an upgrade. The breakfast is the worst we have had and had to sit under fans with 10 years of dust and rust being blown onto our food. No knife's in this restaurant and went to make coffee but they don't have milk. Wifi also only works in about 15% of the property.. Look for better properties before you book here.
