Bab Al Qasr Hotel

I had an excellent experience during my stay. A special thanks to Yunus, the Recreation Supervisor, for his warm hospitality and great care throughout our visit. He made sure we felt comfortable and well looked after at every moment. The hotel is beautiful, with an amazing pool and a stunning beach that is perfectly maintained. The whole atmosphere is relaxing, and the service is top-notch. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable getaway.

Has an absolute and delightful experience in Artisan. Amal is very attentive and helpful. The Outlet Manager Mr Joel visited our table and was very friendly. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was perfect: warm lighting, sleek modern decor, and live music made the ambience so relaxing. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and seated us promptly, setting the tone for impeccable service throughout the evening. The highlight, though, was the mango sticky rice for dessert. The coconut milk was creamy without being heavy, and the ripe mango slices were pure sunshine.

What a fabulous holiday we have had in the Bab Al Qasr. What made it so special? The rooms, facilities and of course the service. The staff are a true gem. In the Artisan restaurant, Amal was fabulous and caring, every day we met her. While Chef Osama was excellent at cooking but also such great fun and polite. But of course also there was Bikus in the restaurant who ensured all our needs were met . Special mention to Shiva in the concierge team who was excellent with advice and ensuring all was good with our baggage. Overall it is not an exaggeration to say that this hotel has everything and more. Amazing food, pool and beach, but most of all it has a great team of staff throughout the hotel. Thank you so much and we look forward to coming back in the future
