: 🌟 Excellent Cleanliness at Bab Al Qasr – Special Thanks to Michelle! 🌟 I stayed at Bab Al Qasr Hotel for 4 days during a training event, and I was very impressed by the cleanliness throughout the hotel — especially in the comfort room on the 3rd floor. The restroom was always clean, well-stocked, and smelled fresh. Special thanks to Michelle, the cleaner assigned to that area. She did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness all day. You could really see the effort and attention she put into her work — always making sure everything was in order, and greeting guests politely. Having such a clean and comfortable facility made our training experience even better. Big thanks to Michelle and the Bab Al Qasr team for their outstanding service. Highly recommended!

Has an absolute and delightful experience in Artisan. Amal is very attentive and helpful. The Outlet Manager Mr Joel visited our table and was very friendly. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was perfect: warm lighting, sleek modern decor, and live music made the ambience so relaxing. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and seated us promptly, setting the tone for impeccable service throughout the evening. The highlight, though, was the mango sticky rice for dessert. The coconut milk was creamy without being heavy, and the ripe mango slices were pure sunshine.

I stayed for one night at Bab Al Qasr, and from the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. A special mention goes to Ajay from the bell desk, who greeted me with a warm smile and assisted me promptly and professionally. His genuine hospitality set the tone for a wonderful stay. The highlight of my morning was the breakfast at Artisan Kitchen – an incredible spread with something for every palate. The quality, variety, and freshness of the food were truly impressive, and the staff made the experience even more enjoyable with their attentiveness and friendliness. Though it was a short stay, everything from the ambiance to the service left a lasting impression. I’m already looking forward to returning!
