Amazing hotel, lovely experience. Great setting, service and rooms. Sujan at the pool area really was exceptional, and made us feel really welcome. A personal touch. The only room for improvement I felt is the quality of the food. It is very very good, don’t get me wrong. But when the options in Dubai 5 Star hotels are first class, to stay ahead, they should consider how to elevate the food options.

We had the most amazing time at our stay here. It was perfect, the location, cleanliness, staff, pool and the food! All of the staff were so lovely and looked after us. Round the pool bars Sujan and Veer were great. Thank you and we can’t wait to come back, we would love to try out the spa! Jess and Chloe

Hotel Review This hotel is truly gorgeous from the moment you enter until the moment you leave. The staff is extremely hospitable, making you feel welcome at every turn. Guests have access to comfortable sitting areas, camel rides, and photo opportunities with hawks—all included with your stay. Our family trip was memorable, and my children especially loved the pool. However, there were a few downsides to our stay: 1. Location:
Although the hotel offers many amenities, it is located quite far from the city. For those who enjoy occasional trips into town for other activities, it takes about an hour to reach the city, which was a bit inconvenient for us. 2. Pool Limitations:
While the hotel is advertised as family-friendly, the family pool is quite shallow, which limited the fun for older children. Additionally, pool toys are not allowed in the pool, which was disappointing for my kids. 3. Pool Hours:
The family pool closes at 7 pm, which felt too early for us—especially since we have teenage children who would have enjoyed more time to swim in the evenings. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the beautiful surroundings and friendly service. With a few improvements, this hotel could be even better for families.
