Highly recommend! I absolutely loved staying here. I had just broken my arm in Verona and the hostess and her son were amazing. They were so kind and went out of their way to help me. My room was perfect. Exceptionally clean, shower was very clean with good water pressure. My room was facing the street. I loved every minute. Bed was beautiful and comfortable! Loads of great restaurants and fashion. Excellent location. Would stay again in a heartbeat! 🩵🩵🩵
DO NOT STAY HERE! You will not be able to get any service since front desk help doesn't really exist..no one is ever there and if you have any issues, they give you a whattsapp number which they don't respond to for hours. The power went out on our floor, we called and called to get into our room, waited for an hour outside for them to get another guest to let us in and when we got in they tried to get us to fix the electrical switch board to get the power back because they didn't want to have to come in!! Also as they advertise bed and breakfast, there is no such thing.Stay away from this place unless you want to be left on your own with no customer service or care from the so called hotel!
