Babylon Premium Hotel & Spa

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is very centralized so it was easy to get anywhere in Hanoi. The staff are all so welcoming and helpful! Special thanks to the Tony for helping us out with arrangements even before our stay. He helped us with our airport shuttle arrangements and excursions and was very accommodating when our travel plans changed twice last minute. The overnight staff was so friendly and welcoming when we arrived. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Stayed for 4 days in a family room and had a good time. Staff are very helpful and we could not thank them enough, they readily attended to our needs. One of the front desk officers (I was not able to get his name!) even helped us get a cake for our family member's birthday. Rooms are clean and well-maintained, we had comfortable sleep, A/C is cool enough. The breakfast spread could be improved though. We had a very early flight out and we were surprised that they prepared packed breakfast boxes and we are free to bring some to the airport. :) Overall a pleasant stay. Thank you, will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Pro: 1) hotel have a nice location. 2) stay in King size bed room with balcony, which is spacious. 3) Breakfast with nice spread of food, pancake is good. Con: 1) premium hotel, but lobby smell like street hawker smell with fish sauce and bamboo shoot, very unpleasant smell. 2) Breakfast table and placemat is dirty. 3) The owner of this hotel charging the standard rate as other hotel do, but not hiring enough staff to provide service. In breakfast, the lady who cook the breakfast, egg order, pho and pancake, take the order, deliver the food, clear the table. Will i come back to this hotel? do i recommend this hotel?....NO.
