The crystal-inspired décor is absolutely stunning—everything sparkles with sophistication, true to the Baccarat name. The service was top-notch. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and special. My room was beautifully designed—modern yet warm, with high-end finishes and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The bathroom was like a private spa, and the little touches, like Baccarat crystal glasses in the room, added so much charm. The bar and lounge were perfect for winding down with a cocktail in a chic, intimate setting, and the food at the hotel’s Grand Salon was delicious. Also, the spa and pool area are serene and luxurious—definitely worth spending some time in.
